Physical Therapist/ Physical Therapist Assistant (Vidalia)
Contract/ PRN positions available to serve Johnson, Jeff Davis, Emanuel, Montgomery, &/or Toombs Counties. Competitive per visit rate plus mileage reimbursement. Applicant must be licensed as a Physical Therapist/ Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Georgia and be CPR certified. Reliable transportation, valid Georgia driver’s license, and motor vehicle insurance is also required.

Registered Nurse & License Practical Nurse (Evans)
Full time positions available to independent, self motivated nurses who enjoy caring for patients in their homes. Applicants must be licensed as by the GA State Board of Nursing, possess a valid GA driver’s license, and be CPR certified. Daytime hours 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. Position eligible for paid holidays, paid days off, cafeteria style insurance and 401(k).
