Charges
For most services, there is no cost to the patient if he or she is an eligible beneficiary for Medicare, Community Care Service Program (C.C.S.P.), or Medicaid. Some insurers may require pre-certification, deductibles, coinsurance, or co-payments, and may limit the payment amount and type of home care visits we can provide.
Prior to, or upon admission, the patient, guardian, caregiver, or responsible family member will be presented with a services rate schedule and available methods for payment. Three Rivers will file all necessary insurance benefits for the client.
